- Make your bed daily – This is the first opportunity to get your morning started right. No one else will likely see your bed except your family and you may not think much about it, but a made-up bed just looks good. Made up beds present better and the customer will have a more positive view of the sheets design and resulting in more sales.
- Clean as you get dressed and ready for your day – Clean the sink out after you brush your teeth or wipe down the mirror before you leave the bathroom. Put dirty clothes in the hamper. These small tasks will reduce the length of your list on days that you are taking on cleaning the house.
- Wash or put dishes away before going to bed – Washing dishes by hand does not take that long, nor does putting them up.
- Clean up as you cook – This drastically reduces your clean up time after you eat. Wash bowls, plates, and utensils after you use them. This also allows you to spend more time with what matters most, your family.
- Sweep or vacuum one room a day – This takes only 3-5 minutes and will lighten your overall cleaning load.
These are minimal tasks and get you in a routine that will help you to have a happier life and cleaner home!
